Purpose and legal basis
- answering your enquiry - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest),
- concluding and performing a contract, if the enquiry leads to one - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- pursuing claims and defending against them - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Scope of the data
We process the data given in the form (name, e-mail address, subject and body of the message, optionally a phone number) and the technical connection data recorded to protect against spam.
Recipients of the data
The hosting and mail provider and those who support us with IT work - each under a data processing agreement.
Retention period
Until the matter is settled and then for a year - unless a longer period follows from the limitation of claims or from the law.
Your rights
- access to the data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing,
- data portability and objection to processing based on a legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent,
- a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Is providing data voluntary
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way of answering an enquiry.
