Content blocks and questions
Not everything fits into the text of a page. A content block attaches an extra piece to it — a strip of benefits, a highlighted sentence, an invitation to get in touch — and a question set gathers underneath it whatever customers ask most often.

What you get
Extras for your content that you do not have to paste into the text
-
A block attached to a page or a post
The block picks its own host: this page, this post. It stands above the text or below it, in the text column or across the full width of the screen. Several blocks on one piece of content are arranged by their order.
-
A background from a ready palette
The choices: no background, a light surface, a dark strip or the site’s leading colour. The block carries no colours of its own, so when you change the colours in the Appearance section it changes along with the whole site.
-
Its own showing dates
Every block has its own “show from / to”. A strip about a Christmas offer arrives and leaves on its own, and you do not have to remember to take it down — the text stays in the database for next time.
-
Questions that unfold without scripts
The set shows the questions alone, and the answer unfolds on click — by the browser’s own mechanism, so it works with scripts switched off too. You can also print all the answers at once.
-
Questions where they are needed
Questions about delivery sit under the “Delivery” page, those about service under “Service”. A set without a host gets its own address and gathers whatever fits no single page.
-
Questions visible in Google
The set goes into the page’s structured data as a FAQPage, so Google can show the questions right in the results and an AI assistant can quote the answer. One switch takes the set out of that reporting — when the same questions already stand on another page.
What it looks like day to day
Three steps in the panel
-
01
You open a block next to the content
In the page or post form you click “Content blocks”. A new block gets its host at once — you do not pick it from a list.
-
02
You type the text and the place
A heading, the text, the place (above or below), the width and the background. You write the text just as you do on pages and in posts.
-
03
You add questions
In the Question sets tab you add question — answer pairs and attach the set to the same page. The answer is ordinary text, with no formatting.
