Forms and the newsletter

You build an enquiry, application or sign-up form from ready-made fields. Messages land in an inbox in the panel, and regular readers get a newsletter.

What you get

Customers write to you, and you answer from one place

  • Form builder

You pick the fields — name, e-mail, phone, a drop-down list — and mark which ones are required. Without a single line of code.

  • An inbox in the panel

Every message lands in the inbox. You reply straight from the panel, without switching to a mail program.

  • Contact topics

The visitor chooses what they are writing about, so you know what the message is about at first glance.

  • Newsletter

Sign-ups are confirmed by e-mail, so only real addresses end up on the list. You send a message to the whole list from the panel, and anyone can unsubscribe with one click.

  • A tidy inbox

Every message has a status: new, in progress, done or spam. You highlight the important ones and leave a note on a message for the team, so everyone knows where things stand.

  • A form with a deadline and a limit

You collect entries between two dates or until the places run out — once the limit is reached, the form closes by itself and shows your message. Before it opens, you can check it in a preview.

What it looks like day to day

Three steps in the panel

  1. 01

    You build the form

You arrange the fields in the builder and set what should happen after it is sent.

  2. 02

You put it on a page

The form appears wherever you need it — on the contact page or on any subpage.

  3. 03

    You receive and reply

Messages wait in the inbox, and your answer goes to the customer straight from the panel.
